Terms of use
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any glass work we carry out for you. Work is governed by the written estimate and any agreement you sign, and where those differ from anything on this site, the signed document is what counts.
The estimate form is a request, not a booking
Submitting the form asks us to get in touch. It does not book a job, hold a date, or create a contract. Nothing is confirmed until we have spoken to you and you have a written estimate.
Prices on this site
This site does not publish prices. Glass is priced by the piece, and the size, thickness and type of glass all change the number, so any figure given before the opening is measured would be a guess. Where the site calls one kind of job cheaper or dearer than another, that is a comparison between two outcomes, not a quote. We measure the opening before we quote, every time. Your price is the one in your written estimate.
Timescales
Glass is cut to order. Any indication of timing on this site is a general expectation, not a guarantee. Lead times vary with the glass specified, and we will give you a realistic date once we know what you need.
The warranty
We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of installation. That covers our work. It does not cover accidental damage, vandalism, misuse, or a failure in something we did not install. Manufacturer warranties on the glass and hardware are separate and belong to whoever made them. The full terms are in your estimate and invoice.
Photographs of work
Photographs on this site show work carried out by Alpha Brothers Glass. They illustrate the kind of work we do. They are not a promise that your job will look identical, because every opening, building and specification is different.
What we do not do
We do not work on vehicles. We do not carry out auto glass, windshield or car window work of any kind.
Accuracy of this site
We try to keep this site accurate and current. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Nothing on this site should be relied on as technical advice for your specific building. Building code requirements, including for glass in guards and railings, vary by jurisdiction and by application, and are determined by the authority having jurisdiction over your project.
