A new city, so the work is finishing instead of fixing
In an older suburb most of our residential calls are things that have failed. In Herriman most of them are things that were never installed in the first place. The house is finished, the bathroom is tiled, and what is missing is the glass.
That changes the timing more than anything else. On a new build or an addition we are one of the last trades in, and we are working to somebody else's program. Getting on the schedule early and templating the moment the tile is done is the difference between finishing on time and having a beautiful bathroom nobody can use for three weeks.

How much does it cost to install a shower enclosure in Herriman?
Enclosures are quoted per bathroom, because the glass is templated to your finished tile rather than bought as a size. Panel size, glass thickness and hardware finish drive the number, and a new build is usually the cheaper case because the walls are closer to square. We quote in writing before anything is ordered.
Why would a window in a new house fail already?
New builds settle, and a seal that was fine at handover can fail once the frame has moved. The other common cause is a unit that was damaged in transit or forced during install. Either way the fix is the same, which is a new insulated unit in the existing frame. It is worth checking whether it is still inside the builder's warranty first.
What glass is required for a stairwell railing?
Glass in a guard or handrail has to be laminated, built from fully tempered or heat strengthened glass, and meet Category II impact. Where the panel is the guard with no top rail, laminated is not optional, because a laminated panel stays in the opening if it breaks. Guard height and the four inch sphere rule are checked against the code for the specific stair.
